Week of 10/3 a.m. Reading

As a reminder, the students’ Al Capone/Alcatraz timeline research projects are due on Friday.  In class, I will be working with the kids on creating a bibliography.  The students just took completed their test on Al Capone Does My Shirts.

We are also going to work on a non-fiction story this week from our Storyworks magazine.  Specifically we are going to work on text features such as captions, side bars and pictures.  Students will complete a test on this story.
